things i found in this map:
most prop_physics can be moved with the physgun (car included)
you can enter brandon's house near the "BRANDON WORLD :D" sign
the air castle (or whatever it's called) near brandon's house actually makes you bounce
stone statues can't be moved with the physgun but you can get a nextbot to knock them around
brandon npcs have 1 hp and you can destroy them
cat png behind brandon's house
(BUG) flashlight turns anything you look at white (i hate this cuz the map is super dark)
more stuff i haven't listed is in the map

props shouldnt affect that much, but i guess its trash bins causing lag for you, which are dynamic lights
should probably make a switch somewhere to turn them off, altho map doesnt look that good without them
