after i used the surgeon kit when my thorax at zero health it does nothing it didnt fixed it. i was using vivo health overhauled but before it worked fine

@Octomium make sure the worldmodels that you use have a bone called "ValveBiped.Bip01_R_Hand" as by default, this is how you attach worldmodels to the players hand bone position without any additional logic.
