Way too oversaturated, too plain in the middle, lower left spider leg is chopped off (? x)), webs too bright.... rework it a little, good skins take time. All in all it looks liek a simple pattern texture for the body layers, spider and webs from shape tool from photoshop ... x)

Neither up- nor downvote from me, but you should remake it.
