In the last picture all of the boots are visible over the pants - how is this possible?

seen from a different comment but if you really want other than wait you can go into the mod folder (\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\3270190005\mods\Detailed Footwear\42) and edit the mod.info folder and change the max version to 42.1

getting a message its not working atm. Gonna wait to load up my save till it gets updated just to be safe

Update 42.1.0 Seems to have messed up the order of the folders which can easily be fixed.

while this runs better than other options, there are boot and shoe 3d models with a seperate mod "Boots Expanded"

This is a direct texture replacement for the vanilla shoes, there's no script or code used. It's likely a different mod causing the issue
