Great mod.

Doesn't work with brazers or lanterns added by other mods, though.

Shame, that.

Can you make this compatible with RLO now that its got an all-in-one installer and has changed the name of the exteriors esp? I get a ctd when trying to load the rlo version otherwise.

Yes, but only from the Nexus mod page where you can download a compatibility patch in the optional files, see the description above.
Tweny8 4 nov, 2016 @ 7:39
So is it compatible with ELFX ?
PRIMALUS 3 nov, 2016 @ 19:30

Oh, thanks. It was actually a mod that added trees and bushes.
JoyTrooper  [skapare] 24 jan, 2016 @ 6:28
@Kingslayer
Mod is conflicting with another light mod in your game.
vlad 23 jan, 2016 @ 7:05
I see floating piles of ash
Varana 6 nov, 2015 @ 7:55

JoyTrooper  [skapare] 8 sep, 2015 @ 8:30

☆Chance☆ 7 sep, 2015 @ 21:14
does this work with lanterns of skyrim?
Lindy Hopper 29 aug, 2015 @ 9:22
sweet mod man
Vampire Woona 16 aug, 2015 @ 18:55
Yep. And if somebody had multiple components like me, it would be prepared for any combination.
JoyTrooper  [skapare] 16 aug, 2015 @ 18:07
yeah, definetly worth considering. I've also thought about creating an install wizard, then you would be able to select your specific setup and the appropriate files would be installed for you :)
Vampire Woona 16 aug, 2015 @ 18:03
Well, I know that a lot of mod authors use MCM to put hybridizing in the hands of the user. Like just download one mod and then choose which version to activate from the buttons.
JoyTrooper  [skapare] 16 aug, 2015 @ 18:00
Hybrid systems are tricky, in theory I guess it would be possible to merge the DNCL patches and then make some adjustments. Though it might be a job better suited for the user because of their custom setup, might be too many combinations for me to work with. Maybe it's doable if it's only a matter of a little merging and editing, hmmm.
Vampire Woona 16 aug, 2015 @ 17:47
Ok. I'm not subbing just yet due to other games and stuff taking priority, but I'll definately keep tabs on your future updates till I get the chance to try it. And I do hope you find a way to support hybrid systems in the future. That would be great.
JoyTrooper  [skapare] 16 aug, 2015 @ 17:18
DNCL patch for JK's Skyrim is now available on the Nexusmods page, I'm not sure if it will work with your setup but there it is ;)
Vampire Woona 13 aug, 2015 @ 18:47
The only part of ELFX that specifically conflicts with RCRN is the part that changes how light sources look and glow, since RCRN has its own version of the same thing (ish). The other parts of ELFX that add new light sources in unlit places are completely compatible, so I have those parts enabled while having the enhancer part disabled. It's actually a pretty good system, but neither of them do specifically what your mod does. They just alter how the light physically looks.
JoyTrooper  [skapare] 13 aug, 2015 @ 17:07
No deadline, I'm working on them when I got the time and motivation. Support for some mods might never happen, I'm not making any promises. How can you use both ELFX and RCRN, don't they conflict? And yes, it would be a bad idea to use more than one of my DNCL mods.
Vampire Woona 12 aug, 2015 @ 22:50
When will this be made compatible with RCRN and JK's Cities? I use both of those and I really wanna use this mod.

Also what do I do if I have multiple overhauls at once? Because I have ELFX as well as RCRN and JK's Cities, and I'm not sure having three different copies of your mod installed is the best idea.
JoyTrooper  [skapare] 10 aug, 2015 @ 11:00
If it deletes or removes vanilla light sources - which city mods generally do - then it is not compatible. The result will be floating fires that looks out of place.
Nɯʋꝡɩɛɭ 10 aug, 2015 @ 10:04
Would this be at all compatable with enhanced towns and villages?
LC-DDM 6 jul, 2015 @ 16:30
Unsubscribing due to finding the Nexus version.

Thank you for providing this for the workshop regardless!
benpo 26 jun, 2015 @ 15:00
Thanks, I'll try relighting skyrim too :)
Dire Squirrel 25 jun, 2015 @ 10:31
I've ditched ELFX in favour of Relighting Skryim... This works perfectly and looks awesome...

benpo 25 jun, 2015 @ 9:49
Alright thanks and good work :happymeat:
JoyTrooper  [skapare] 25 jun, 2015 @ 9:44
The mods won't conflict with each other, but DNCL is not compatible with Lanters of Skyrim in the sense that lights added by LoS will not be turned off during the day. Such compatibility is something that has to be added manually which means a lot of tedious work for me :csgoskull:
benpo 25 jun, 2015 @ 3:47
Hi JoyTrooper, is it compatible with Lanterns of Skyrim too? I would like to use these together with ELFX
Dire Squirrel 18 maj, 2015 @ 17:19
Hope you do, good luck...
