In events/!override_on_actions_events.txt/ , there's an event being called toxoids.40. I think it's causing the empty event bug at the moment. I looked through the vanilla files, and it's some sort of event about destroying a planet, and I believe your mod is currently spamming an empty event popup because of this.

NGS should work fine with 4.0.3. The minor patch did not change anything that affects this mod. Descriptor will say 4.0.2, but that's fine.

@Technaboo; I do not recommend that. The compatibility between NGS and Ethics and Civics isn't critical, meaning it won't crash your game or break saves, but you will be experiencing bugs with certain modifiers and effects, as well as weird AI voting values due to missing/incompatible ethos. If you still want to use NGS with Ethics and Civics Classic, using this version would probably be better.

@Technaboo; Yes. Ethics and Civics classic has diverged from bug branch a while ago and is quite different.

@kapsellola; Stellaris Evolved practically changes everything in stellaris, which makes it very hard for other mods to be compatible with. Due to the significant time investment required, that's not something I plan on doing for the near future.

This variant should not be used without Bug Branch, as it will break the mod. I will update both mods in parallel. Any new features added within the original NGS will be added to this one as well.

@Big Bubba; NGS: Ethics and Civics has been made compatible with Bug Branch by having modified AI weights and event conditions to account for the new ethos. This variant is fully compatible with Bug Branch, as it's intended to be used with it. The original NGS, however, is not compatible with Bug Branch.

Hello, can you please hint what are incompatibilities with BB actually are? Or this variation is just a starting point for future updates involving more ethic-specific resolutions?

@Zeyon; This mod should be placed below Ethics and Civics: Bug Branch. It is now compatible with EED.

This is very helpful thank you! Does it matter where this mod is put? E.g before or after bug branch?
I assume it's still incompatiable with 'Expanded Espionage and Diplomacy'?
