Is there a Wangchuan costume soft-locked behind the afdian website?

I noticed there was playable costume that didn't have any requirements to it with the starting relics being blank. I don't know if this was intentional or not. Unless there is a way to fix the blank starting relics.

打觉醒者boss时有bug：
boss本体不会做任何动作，哪怕每回合都正常更新头上的意图，都是任凭挨揍。
然后打掉一阶段，就卡住了，我动不了它，它也不打我，换了几个角色都有这问题。
