In order to fix this, go to your Workshop folder, and navigate to this folder:
"workshop\content\281990\1199002146\common\defines"
Then, delete the file named:
"伞AAR_defines"
Only delete the defines file with the Chinese character at the beginning. If you're using IHAFOW, you can safely delete this.
Any ideas?
I use that as well, and I agree, it looks insanely good.
It works insanely well with graphics mods that change galaxy appearance (Immersive Beautiful Universe). The galaxy itself is still visible, but the stars aren't. That means you can appreciate the beauty of your galaxy mod while preserving the mystery of the fog of war!
Regarding editing the IHAFOW_defines.txt file, I kept Ngraphics as it is but removed NGameplay and NShip altogether. Doing so prevents nebula names from appearing in the fog of war while removing all the gameplay changes
It works fine with Real Space, and it should be compatible with just about everything else. just put it at the bottom of the load order.

>I also had a question. I usually play with 0.5 hyperlane generation. Based on the description, this setting is not recommended anymore?
I just tested it and it seems fine, just less hyperlane connections and more dead ends.

>How does this interact with mods that add stuff to the core, like Gigas?
Should be fine. Like the other guy said, some of the stars added by events in the core might spawn a bit close to existing stars.

>is there any version of this mod/mod similar to this with just the fog of war updates?
You can download this mod, then use the Paradox launcher to open this mod's location, then delete the "map" and "common" folders. Just note that if this mod ever updates, you will need to delete them again.
Thank you for the mod and this is a totally new game now and is what Stellaris should of have been.
I've been looking for a mod that does this just last week and you just created it. Must have read my mind.
I also had a question. I usually play with 0.5 hyperlane generation. Based on the description, this setting is not recommended anymore?
Or can I play this with them?
Let me know if you run into any issues.
