maybe the ABX did a bit too much organ damage? also u cant really cure gangrene with ABX, you need to amputate. With ABX u can cure the cause which is sepsis, also try taking thier blood while thier blood pressure is high

All syringes without the Neurotrauma tag work as expected
Syringes with Neuro tag that DIDN'T fire:
- Fentanyl
- Morphine
- Broad spectrum
- Methamphetamine
- Hyperzine
- Naloxone
Syringes w. Neuro tag that DID fire:
- Adrenaline (fired but failed to apply on every shot, just kind of skimmed through)
- Anaparalyzant
- Deusizine
- Haloperidol
- Liquid oxygenite
- Mannitol
- Propofol
- Streptokinase (might've failed the same way adrenaline did, tried this one only once)
Could this be a mod conflict (no other medical or weapon mods, pretty vanilla) or a problem with this mod?

Add a character data parameter to disable neurotrauma functions (humanupdate, ondamaged, etc) on specific characters.
This would allow patches to resolve some performance issues in modded outposts with a very high number of human npcs.
just use stasis bag if u got multiple casualities, its really not that hard

How is it that Neurotrauma is working for you after the latest game update? I keep getting Lualess affliction when enabling this mod.
Thank you! Just tried that out and it worked perfectly. I often forget the tourniquet exists. My crew always have on heavy armor (they use some armor mod I don't know the name of) so I've never come across the issue in actual gameplay, but now I feel better knowing I know how to fix it if happens.

From my understanding, you are trying to turn the traumatic amputation to a surgical amputation by how your issue sounds. This will not do anything and is usually just performed because you can reattach the limb before applying sutures while still performing surgery or because the patient's limb has reached 15% gangrene and needs to be amputated. The way I usually treat traumatic amputation is by first applying a tourniquet to stop the arterial bleeding and then starting the surgery. Then, I can use both the saw and the drill. Finally, the arm can be reattached and osteosynthesis implants are used to repair the fracture. This is usually always the method I use because a traumatic amputation always has to have a fracture to be caused in the first place and the amputation itself will cause arterial bleeding. Other issues that require surgery can also be resolved as long as you don't finish the surgery with sutures to fix multiple things with the least amount of time.
