You ported a map you never cleaned up?
Westwood has bugs bro.
Collisions, Tears. Excessive Shader / Shadow Calculations.
High Polygon / Triangle Counts.

And that post in discussions for this map port?
Sway function in Hammer changed.
Going to have to tie that entity to the new Hammer engine function to fix it.

Good to see you out here after all these years.
You still making Environments for Free when you could be an Environment Dev somewhere?
