Hello I'm adding this here just in case but I already added it into bug session also.

Here the issue, I'm playing Ukraine but not long after the start, almost every country in the world have lost their real names. Lots of them are all named Republic of Rhodesia or Golden Circle. They are not even the same race, some are in the same factions (NATO) and some are not even in a faction but almost all countrys have those two only names. I'm playing version 1.16 of the game.

I also tried without some mods in case and yours is the only who seems to make that bug because when I remove it, there is no issue.

I liked the idea but it made me lag a ton for some reason

How do you change the education level and monthly change? I have the maximum 20% investment and I don't see any change in the education level. The education modifier for happiness changes, but not the actual level.
