@boundlesstr, this has been fixed in the 10th update.
In which areas do you see problems with lightmaps? Cubemaps were placed correctly, depending on the locations. Dark ones may have inside the yellow structures (flown up by noclip). Also you can see it with 'r_cubemap_debug_colors 1'

Some areas of the map are very dark skins and models appear dark.
