I feel so stupid... whenever i move my mouse over the model (the model is when you press q then go to weapons then go to AWP i am assuming) it gives me 3 options: copy to clipboard, spawn using tool gun, and delete

Move the mouse to the model and press RMB. There's the skins and bodygruops menu.
