@alfharobby I have already answered this question repeatedly in the comments and I have no idea how, most likely it is somewhere in the localization files and they can simply be erased from there. (Also, I haven't played stellaris for about a year now, and I doubt I'll be able to make a similar mod (This mod corrects a single line))

awesome mod, btw could you make "No Building Modifiers Tooltip" as well please, sometime the modifier is way too much that it doesn't fit the tooltip box anymore.

@Funmud I don’t know why only ships, the timing of this additional pop-up information is affected only by the TOOLTIP_DELAYED_TIME parameter at 00_interface.txt file in unchecked_defines folder. Regarding the planets, I don’t know.

Why does delaying the tooltip only work for ships? I'm trying to figure out how to do the same for planets because I cannot see what jobs my buildings give me :P

@ M@radёr, I thought about doing something about it, but never got around to it, since it's apparently part of the localization and the tooltip itself (I just haven't found where and how it's even spelled out, but yeah, those 100x "X: Construction Speed +100%" are pretty unnerving)
