How do i fix this?

One problem though...
I cant seem to make the particles stay in their intended spot when I save the map.
I've tried to lock the particles in place, and even experimented with its settings, but nothing seems to work as all of the particles I spawn seem to go right to the spot im looking at, once I load the save.
If anybody knows how to fix this, please tell me how. And if this is a bug, then please fix it. If you can...
