Holy shit I found it! AND IT'S ON NIPPER'S WORKSHOP!
I used to play this map on a pirated CS:S my friend installed me, when I was 8-9 years old, and It used to creep the shit out of me.

10/10 - CS is a horror game.

Oh, I love that. I remember the css version and I'm able to compare them. I miss zombie models in this and cs_deadhouse, but you can find something similiar for csgo (I'll put a link later). You could also increase the sound volume in the main hall, cause I like it and would like to know what's the name of that piece :) I'm also wondering what's that sound sample coming out of that mouth in the floor :)
