I didn't use your props for now as I wanted it easy to test. Feel free to swap the default props out for your own in asset editor then upload that version.

Done.
Hope you enjoy it! If you want it to take a different cargo, you need to use ModTools in the Asset Editor, go into the AI and look for the drop down box that says 'Grain'

Let me clean it up a bit and I'll upload the farm one

It will still say you are selling fish on the building pop up, but TransferManager will show the truth.

Just did some mucking around in the editor, and it works. I am no modeller so it looks bad, but changing fish to grain or logs or ever coal or oil (lol) works as intended. Note that the AI allows you to set the PRICE as well! Default is 1000. It is an amazing ai. The more I look at it, the better it is! Health benefit to local region? Tourism? Entertainment? Shopping?! It is like the winter sauna mixed with a park and crossed with a commercial building, but with high earnings! SO good!

I can't believe no one has made serious mods using this... I just whipped togeather a small sized version that only sells luxury goods for 2500 a ton, with a smaller radius etc. It all works!

Only downside is you lose all benefits if it runs out of stock, so keep a warehouse nearby!

This would be perfect to use with a version of the MarketAI (from the seafood market) that takes crops instead of fish!
