Of course they are totally the same, it would be bad doing this mod if they looked different.
Surely it's a problem of your graphic quality, this is intended for people with high screen resolution... A 4k monitor.
Also for people taking pictures in ArmA 3.
Relax if you don't need it, it's a different mod, not for everyone.

@Crane, if you don't have a whitelist, you can use the mod without problems as it is ClientSide.
By changing the original game files, you will have a problem (BattleEye).

would it be possible to use this on servers that dont have this whitlisted? like maybe i can switch out the textures manually so it wouldn't register as a mod?

@powathan x16 refers to the fact that 1pixel becomes 16pixels. Hence 4K.
If it's x4 that would be 2K and it's already available in "ToH Characters" mod.

Hey, so i downloaded this mod mainly for the feet as shown in the picture. My only problem is that they just dont seem realistic enough, i got really close but they just looked too polygonal, so could i request an update to the feet quality? Thanks!:lunar2019wavingpig:

@Barman it is a digital war crime to play Arma 3 in anything other than Ultra quality.
Arma 3 does support 4K textures in 64bit.
It's going to run at 60 FPS on LOW or ULTRA.

Well done! It is a pity that the limitation of the engine makes the mod suitable only for personal use in Ultra settings. Because the outdated Arma 3 renderer optimisation has limits of 2048x2048 max resolutions. In Ultra and High - it will be fine, but in lower settings the renderert can not provide a decent results for all players
