I can't ever get the elevated to bridge portion to display the pillar between the 2 and I see nothing missing or anything explaining why.

Elevated section reminds me a lot of the Poniatowski Bridge in Warsaw. I probably can justify using it in a European themed city.

@vila云月莹杉 Theoretically, yes, but it's highly discouraged, as the bridge will be cluttered with extra meshes not supposed to be there, or not enough will spawn. In any case, it will look pretty bad.
