@Vexer-Sketch my bad yeah you don't need sanity for this mod its optional I removed the requirement
sorry about that should work now with sanity or without it. as i changed the the name of it from sanity_x to rocky_sanity

@darian I believe you should be able to, because, the sanity value is a default value implemented in the game but never used. So, if it just doesn't increase the overlay won't show.
