Often, when I get into the mech, the animations freeze. That is, I can still walk, shoot, and so on, but standing still or moving forward, he starts walking in small steps to the right/left. This is not corrected if you go out and enter the mech, and it makes it very difficult to aim.
Oh, and also - these explosions from bullets are confusing: I expected at least some damage to the area from them

Heyo love this mech but its bugging out with walking forward. Sprinting and all other directions are fine but just walking forward makes it do a little half step

Could you maybe add in the description which vehicles you would recommend these should replace, the turrets are pretty clear but stuff like the walkers and other ground vehicles i'm having trouble deciding which vehicle to replace to keep it balanced

@Sandvich they are partially balanced with the cc suit -> similar hp and damage values, but the cc suit has much higher fire rate and aoe with the shoulder cannons, while this one here has the shoulder missiles against air targets

yo, quick question: is this thing balanced with the CC version of the suit? because it feels unfair having both on the playing field if one is superior to the other. This also sorta applies to all the other RE creations, cuz it screws with my brain if both sides arent equal

@punmaster had me in the first half, not gonna lie...
The Mech has 6000 hp, which is twice as much as the vanilla tank and more or less in line with the other RE mods around

I was joking about it being a piece of shit. I really like it, to play as and also to simulate what it feels like to be in war of the worlds.

Anyone else having a problem where the mech will shuffle left continuously? It's great otherwise but whenever I try to move forward it just shuffles forward left a bit.

The autocannon needs a bit of work since it is very inconsistent on my end. Whenever I shoot the enemy it for some reason does not register sometimes.

I used the vehicle spawning mutator on the mech in 2 maps. The map Derevnya spawned it in without any issue, though, the map called Grozny War did not. Same with the map called Citadel, one with the desert setting. Hope this helps.

@red_fauw without a better explanation then "pls fix won't spawn" we won't be able to fix anything. where did you try to spawn it, which map, which vehicle slot? did you use any mutators that migh affect spawning?

If you don't provide proper details no modder can/will attempt to fix as it spawns on our ends perfectly.

So autocannon have more then one type of round in there magazine. So think is good to have it fire a HEI and then every other round be a APHE round .

This walking mecha mod is very attractive, but there are a lot of problems to improve.

1. The reaction speed is slow when moving.

When we control a vehicle in a game, the response speed between the input of the direction control key and the action output on the screen must be fast, and this mecha is not as fast as other vehicles. Perhaps because of this, there are movement-related problems such as going to the wrong place or refusing to move forward at all even if you press the wrong key a little.


2. The armament's firepower is not good and there is an error in its function.

The autocannon(basic weapon of mecha), does not have a magnification control function, so it is not easy to aim and the firepower is not very strong.
And shoulder missiles often fly to the wrong place when they set a target and fire.

@bluedream it was able to jump during development, but i removed it in the end, was not quite happy with it
