Thanks for your mod man.
It seems like its just an issue with the advisor and Macro builder UI, but the start screen UI is also a bit messed up.

So far, I've noticed only a few issues:
- Notifications don't use the full length of top menu, and partially hide each other when wrapping on new lines
- Ledger has no background (have to go find a piece of empty ocean to look at it lol)
- Weird green buttons on missions screen that don't do anything.
Any way that it can be updated (to fix the branched missions?)
I did find an issue with branching missions. With the mod the buttons always show and are not usable. I was able to resolve this by copying the preview_branch_batch_* guiButtonTypes from countrymissionsview.gui in the base game into your mod. For position I used the x values you had for the preview_branch_missions_* buttons, and the y values scaled to 1.8 of the value in the base game.
I'll be updating TGE and Europa Expanded this weekend since they're some of my favorites mods, so you shouldn't have to go too long without EE :)
