and for changing Missile vs Melee, kills seems to end up by 90 % in Characters, there is basically no difference for your melee units, basically only about decreasing missile kill count.

Well thats sadly impossible I would say. I hope we will get it one day in a new game of CA tho. Settlement defences can be changed and are actualy also changed by the mod. All what you can change is missiles vs melee in general.

Like UnkownAI says, the 30% boost to the player is overkill in certain situations. If he makes a mod which change how autoresolve calculates things like settlement defences and cav vs archer match ups, I would be interested in that.

@UnknownAI Will you release your work as an auto-resolve overhaul mod? I don't want choose between a competent battle ai and not having to play every single battle.

yea i had a look at the files, mainly because i'm playing radius beta, and noticed this is just giving the player a 30% handicap, which were overkill for defending sieges.
so working on some other changes that reduces buffs/penelty given from defending settlements, leader, and removed the penalty for not having magic. and it seems to be working really well.

still trying to figure out targeting, as calv never attacks archers in auto resolve.

also noticed a bug where wh_strong_kps_multiplier_bonus for melee is missing in default files, and it has 2x missile instead.

You might find the Auto Resolve to easy compared to your own results by playing... as I said feedback is appreciated, for me so far its kinda still worse than playing myself, results also differ kinda situational, tho overall I would make it rather even easier than harder, the decision I did not is kinda the same like why those penalties actualy exist, there should be at least some impulse to still play battles for like having even further fewer casualties. In the end tho, there are battles you might rather wanna autoresolve especially when you got like x turns to replenish.

Q2: This attacking without having any chance is in a nut the same AI does without the mod, only difference is you are forced to play all those battles, but your real victory chances by playing are the same... Q1: well I changed it as usual, only the value are now positive in Warhammer 3

This is great! one issue, the enemy often attacks places where they have no chance to win, would be perfect if you could look into that somehow?

The reason you shouldnt use it on easy is, that easy might be already better than any outcome you could achieve with playing yourself, in the case you would use this on easy battle difficulty, it would make the outcome insanely unreal to your advantage.
