This building is level 1 high-rise. I recommend you use Ploppable Rico Revisited Mod to edit the level to your local game. For some reason it is impossible to change the level of a building in the asset editor.

there's a minor glitch in these and the other assets in this collection. they are all stuck at level 1, despite every other building surrounding it being level 5
