does this still work?
Joewudly 14 oct. 2016 à 10h42
This mod is working correctly for me.
soma 23 mars 2016 à 10h25
So has this been fixed?
Pigeon 14 janv. 2016 à 4h58
Please fix this!
simmy2109 22 déc. 2015 à 9h05
Ninakoru's mod also seems to be broken with the latest patch... if you have time to fix this, that would be *amazing*. Warmongering system is okay, but seriously needs some debuff. Other civs should be reacting to my warmongering actions within tens or turns, but forget before a few hundred turns.
Panteradactyl  [créateur] 11 déc. 2015 à 10h41
@Hate Newspapers I'm not sure. I can't seem to replicate the issue, so I would recommend /not/ using my mod until I can replicate, and fix the issue. Use Ninakoru's.
State Line Crosser 10 déc. 2015 à 13h37
So is this fixed currently or not? I can't find a consensus on comments about whether anyone solved the issue.
dpunk 13 sept. 2015 à 20h04
Let to know when fixed. BNW Warmonger penalty has always been crazy high.
mick 3 sept. 2015 à 17h42
Most (if not all) warmonger mods broke or made the warmonger values WORSE after the latest update, could you try to fix this please but if you cant becuase the update makes it impossible thats ok i'll make do.

Mfly6148, I have no idea how that would happen. What mods are you running?
mfly6148 31 aout 2015 à 4h18
Hey, just checking in to point out something I noticed. In my current game (huge map, several continents, 10 CIVs including mine), I had 2 other CIVs spawn on my continent. I wiped both of them off the map by, say, the year 500 AD or so. I peacefully developed my CIV for about a thousand years, before having contact with anyone else. (Seems strange, but that's how it happened.) When looking at the leader reactions to me, I get the red tooltip saying I broke a promise to remove troops from another CIVs boarders (words to that effect) - even though that happened over a thousand years before i even met this new CIV, and I haven't done anything aggressive since. First of all, how'd they even hear about those events (maybe through a CS? but that'd be odd), and secondly, don't those red marks ever go away? A thousand year; c'mon, guys! there have been a few changes in leadership since those days... (This, by the way, is with your awesome mod installed and running.)

Look, Deadpool, I seriously recommend that if you want to be with someone, go get Wolverine, or Cable.
mfly6148 19 aout 2015 à 0h32
Thanks very much, Panteradactyl! I use PC.
Panteradactyl  [créateur] 19 aout 2015 à 0h30
mfly6148, here's a 3 step tutorial on how to edit my mod. http://imgur.com/a/qhDUK

Hope it helps, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
Panteradactyl  [créateur] 19 aout 2015 à 0h18
Working on it now, mfly6148. Do you use PC, Mac or Linux?
mfly6148 18 aout 2015 à 19h21
That's awesome! Thanks, Panteradactyl. That's exactly what I was hoping for. Yes, if you could show how to change the decay rate, that'd be cool. :)
Panteradactyl  [créateur] 18 aout 2015 à 19h15
mfly6148, It does affect (effect?) warmonger decay. I increased the total number of dickish moves you can make before people care, and also increased the rate at which they care less over time by the same rate. I kept the ratio vanilla. I could show you how to do increase the decay ratio yourself. It's really easy.
mfly6148 18 aout 2015 à 3h03
Is there a way that the mod could affect the decay rate for warmongering hate? I'm sure others have commented on this, but it's always bugged me that aggression during the ancient era is still affecting your diplomatic relations in the information era... (or seems to, anyway).
Panteradactyl  [créateur] 22 janv. 2015 à 17h14
@deadpool I care, but I'm working here. I can't exactly "help" you with your problem. Go get Copycat or Domino.
Panteradactyl  [créateur] 22 janv. 2015 à 13h38
@zeta It should work on an old save. All it does is "update" the base games files. The worse that could happen is that it would break the save.

To answer your question, you should be fine.

However, as a general rule of thumb, if a game adds any truly new content, always make a new game, and if you remove a mod that adds new content, start a new game.
Zetanist 22 janv. 2015 à 8h46
Does this work on a current game or should I start a new one (sorry if this was already answered somewhere)?
Panteradactyl  [créateur] 21 déc. 2014 à 19h21
@pres You running mac? If so, I have no idea... If windows, then no. It's not. It's supposed to be listed in the mod menu.
DHE Senate 14 déc. 2014 à 11h35
I don't see this MOD to check on the MOD menu in the game. Is it suppose to be that way?
Panteradactyl  [créateur] 31 oct. 2014 à 14h36
I'd have to check. I'm not sure, at all. I'd have to burn through the core files all over again. It wasn't fun to begin with, but I'll edit the mod to work with the latest patch, or put that it doesn't work with the newest patch.
Star-X 31 oct. 2014 à 13h10
To clarify, the newest patch screws with warmongering. The other warmongering mod actually makes warmongering MORE painful as of the current patch, so I'd like to know if this mod has a similar issue or if the way it handles things happens to avoid stepping on the newest patch's warmongering changes.
Star-X 31 oct. 2014 à 13h09
Dumb queston: does this work with the latest patch?
Evil Overlord 12 oct. 2014 à 3h38
Is there any way to change it so that actions against an enemy civ (taking cities/capitals/city state allies) who declared war on you, are significantly reduced?
It seems a bit unfair that you get called a warmonger for fighting a civ that was initial aggressor.

I didn't start the fight, but I'm damn well gonna finish it.
Guy 13 sept. 2014 à 13h44
took over polynesia brazil and the zulus. america and germany still think im only minor.
Panteradactyl  [créateur] 19 juil. 2014 à 19h52
His mod changes how much each action affects your warmonger score, while mine simply changes the warmonger point levels.
Tyrantiszar 18 juil. 2014 à 23h13
To remove the threat level, increase it all to 99% (or 9999999% depending on the limitations set)
Marlow 16 juil. 2014 à 16h03
Aforementioned mod is "Less Warmonger Hate [BNW]" posted by Ninakoru, by the way.
Marlow 16 juil. 2014 à 16h00
How does this compare to the other "Less Warmonger Hate" mod?
matrkot1 16 juil. 2014 à 4h48
good
jisojin1011 14 juil. 2014 à 22h23

Mandela Effect 14 juil. 2014 à 6h56
i just want a civ immune to warmonger penaltys
˞˞˞˞˞˞˞˞˞˞˞˞˞˞˞ 13 juil. 2014 à 9h41
Sweet Panteradactyl. If it can be done, then cool. If not, then it is something that we all should bug firaxis about until they add something like it to Civ V and maybe even the new Alpha Centauri like game they are releasing.

I'll see what I can do about the warmonger points, but it may involve creating a new .dll. Which would break compatability with just about any mod that also uses .dlls. There is another mod which adds shows the actual opinion modifier values, for both G&K and BNW, but doesn't show the warmonger weight. I'll ask him if he can do something, as I have little (read: none) experience with .dll files.

I second the idea given by Angry Flareon. A mod that allows us to see who hates us and for what, in a more numerical fashion, with all sorts of data would be nice.
OmgitzAbel 12 juil. 2014 à 22h13
Sweet, can't wait to try!
bobohotrod 12 juil. 2014 à 16h03
Oh my god, this is amazing, THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS! :tgrin::tgrin::8bitheart::tgrin::tgrin:
Osturinn 12 juil. 2014 à 14h10
Is there any mod that simply allows you to see the amount of warmongering points you have?
Pleb 12 juil. 2014 à 11h47
Thank you for the "s" in "maths" :)
Xen 12 juil. 2014 à 9h51
"Did the suthor say Brits are bad at maths when it seems that his maths was wrong and the mod dosen't work." You obviously didn't get it, he said it because people from the UK say Maths instead of math.
Enzo Gorlami 11 juil. 2014 à 23h06
Finally! Is it G&K compatible though?
beewyka819 11 juil. 2014 à 14h28
You should make a mod so that if you start a war with someone that has a lot of negative thoughts about you you don't get warmonger points.
beewyka819 11 juil. 2014 à 14h27
@cool7886 He never said Brits were bad at math, he said math, then in parantheses put an s as in "maths" then said "for you Brits"
Bosco 11 juil. 2014 à 14h19
Did the suthor say Brits are bad at maths when it seems that his maths was wrong and the mod dosen't work.
SgtSquirt 11 juil. 2014 à 11h10
mmmm delicious
Loler1565 11 juil. 2014 à 10h50
+Haunting If you start the war against the AI and you take a city you get a lot more warmonger points then if the AI started the war and yoy took the same city. Also if you mouse over a city you are at war with it will tell you how much warmonger you will get if you take the city over.
