Короче, я походу разобрался как изменять файлы локализации... Но работа там предстоит долгая. Но рано или поздно я заменю диалоги НИПов на более логичные. А то как-то странно получается, что оружейник подкатывает шары к Харви, а Кузнец запал на худенького эмо-боя

Для изменения диалогов можно файл локализации сделать, вроде всё объясняется здесь https://forums.terraria.org/index.php?threads/the-ultimate-guide-to-content-creation-and-use-for-the-terraria-workshop.100652/#languagepack
Однако сами файлы локализации я не нашёл, скорее всего из файлов надо доставать что-то из самой игры.

you can indeed change npcs dialogues using a localization file and for the npcs Icons I am pretty sure there are some files that correspond to them. Very cool was working on exactly the same thing but you beat me to it
