I need to dig through some files for that. I make no promises but I'll see what I can do.
I think it was flashlight texture from Mass Effect 2 or 3 so maybe someone else made it into a separate mod.

i saw someone in the comment section say this brings up graphics, and thats true. it shows up graphics real gud. i start using this instead of cinematic lighting, no offense but this is a little bit better.

If you're using the other mods that change the same textures then obviously it will be conflicting.

Obviously, this mod will conflict with Cinematic Lightning Effects, because this change LIGHTNING effects, anyways, the same particle files both mods replace...

Just a quick question because I'm on the fence between this and Cinematic Lighting Effects. What does this offer over the other mod? I see that this one was bigger in file size, so I'm assuming more lighting effects are covered? Does it offer sun flares like CLE?
