Hey dude, you should use point_servercommand entity to enter your own server rules, you can simply enter all your server commands in it ( bot_quota 0, god, bind v noclip, sv_airaccelerate 100, mp_roundtime 100 ) and the will automaticly run in each round. As me i use it to encrease bomb time before explosion from default 45 sec to 60.
