This is an awful asset, keeps disappearing after I place it even within an high value location.

This is beautiful, it looks a lot like The Cairo; DC's tallest building (except for the Washington Monument) and the reason the city has the nation's strictest height limit to this day as the fire ladders couldn't reach the top floors. I'd love to see a version of that with all the gorgeous Art Deco details.

@wickedwonka999 I think you're right, there is a similar building but the shape is slightly different.
