NOone use this green city DLC, you want more subscribers? then remove the DLC requirement

I understand that you want this function, however a non DLC version would be nice for people that dont have the DLC but still would like to use your work. Is there a way I or you could convert it to a normal residential building?

Not everyone has every DLC unfortunately.
