this beauty just needs armor and maybe a gun mount, but last one is not really necessary.
Armor for sure would make this complete, front bumper for going full speed in crowded streets and not worring about damaging hood and engine and protections for windows and door

I saw it spawned randomly on single player mode. But does the key spawn? or need debug mode to spawn the keys. Or just my luck the key wasn't spawned near the spawned M12
