@Salomon It's supper's combat overhaul that's causing the issue here, no idea why exactly, but it's not exactly a well made mod so it's not surprising it'd have some strange incompatibility with other mods

Look at the screenshot. There is literally only a single place where that hologram appears, and it's to the right of the Ark Gateway.

As far as testing has gone, it's worked perfectly fine on the unstable branch. Perhaps try uninstalling Project Redemption, then reinstalling it?

I tried it myself and the merchant does not appear in my case as well. Too bad, I just wanted to see what he sells, since there's no update logs on Redemption's actual modpage.

I ran the command /setuniverseflag outpost_mission1 and he still didn't appear. Am I missing something or am I just dumb? I completed the Erchius mission ages ago, if that's what's supposed to trigger him.

He spawns with the outpost_mission1 universe flag

I have this installed and for some reason he did not appear when I went to look. What information would you need from me to figure out why?

It moves the merchant that appears at the Ark to the Ark again, since the outpost overhaul splits the Ark from the Outpost.
