Ah thanks for that i actually changed it from 7700 to 700-705 or so

So, it seems I celebrated a bit prematurely. For some reason, when I install this mod, I get another duplicate ID error for "material id 703 mossycastlewalls" I have absolutely no idea how that's possible, since you said you used IDs between 7700-7800. Starbound is weird, man. I still really appreciate all the work you put into making this hotfix!
