I can't show you what they look like -without- NekiSFW, since they're, well... NOT SFW.
Please try temporarily moving all other unrelated mods to another folder, and then adding them back bit by bit to see which one may be causing it to not work properly.
This is a simple texture replacement that is set to always load after Neki, so I really can't imagine anything that may cause it not to work other than concurrent re-skin mods that attempt to modify the same files...
Added a "requires" tag to NekiSFW, it should always load after Neki now.
..and crash your game on startup if you don't have Neki installed :P
Try now and let me know if this fixed it.
