@The Milk Man. This mod does not modify the crosshair of the game. I can't remove the crosshair part. To move the weapons panel, I had to modify the same file that most crosshair mods use to create their ones. Both sections are in the same file.

I really would appreciate if you clone this mod but if you can please remove the crosshair part because I tried doing other crosshairs on VPK and it never works.

@dj_panderz.ttv I was also looking for videos on how to make huds, but couldn't find any. In the end I decided to go testing with the original game files and compare them with various huds that I downloaded to understand what each thing did. I wanted to make various types of huds, so I looked at more things, but what you can do is download one that looks like what you want to do and find out how it differs from the original.
