@Lamar Reason? If you're using Loading Screen mod you can safely ignore the main tower if you don't need it.

They definitely have the same vive, but even the brick pattern is different.

The confusion is probably because there's very similar buildings right in back of Bellevue Hospital which is by the East River.

This complex is located at North Moore Street, 80 in Tribeca, quite close to the Hudson river. I'm sure this is correct. Probably there is another very similar complex somewhere else.

This is just what I needed for my NYC! I love Lower Manhattan and without these buildings there was a huge gap in my Tribeca. Thank you! :) I look forward to more.
