Just here, on Steam. Editing the name here shouldn't do anything? It's just that it's a 1U wide road, same as the alley, so not having the same name can make it harder to find.

unfortunately renaming an asset will cause it's internal id to change which would then break games.

No, the tiny roads do not have a tunnel component.

I downloaded your collection to replace NEXT2 roads. I use one-lane oneway roads to make bus terminals in game. This one-lane one way road seems to have the bus terminal on the left side of the road, instead of the right side. Was this intentional or a byproduct of swapping the road using BOB?
