Can you make it so they stay the same size? and isnt the same size as normal plants, making into an actual "tree"

Timbershroom is just like those trees with these advantages.

* Tree lover can chop it without mood debuff
* Dont need light and can plant indoors (while tree can't, they will blocked by roof in vanilla)

@//SlipperyPete vanilla research doesn't have mushroom cultivation.
Nutrifungus is the only fungus that can plant in vanilla doesn't require technology(default plantable).

Is mushroom cultivation a vanilla research? That might have been the one you were missing Darkborderman. Either that or the mod I have installed that allows trees to be planted in caves/indoors may be the thing that's allowing me to do this already.

OK. Come to think of it, maybe it was the tree-huggers, though they can use dryads. I tend to think of wood as an early-game thing, and even my tunnellers got enough from harvesting natural trees.

@weregamer These mushrooms are naturally spawn like other wild shrooms in caves.
I tried tunneler ideologions with tree sowing but still can't plant it.
Maybe devs thought it was too OP for tunnelers to plant trees underground.
(I played with transhumanist + cannibal + tunneler + human primacy)

I thought they were only plantable/harvestable for Tunneler ideoligions; that may be the cause of the confusion here.

I thought these already were plantable and harvestable? Maybe I already have another mod that does that..
