full of errors and missing textures

When i look in the direction of the room with tables and stuff. my framerate goes crap. but it dosent happen anywhere else in the map.

This is what my console says when i look in that direction.

there are some missing textures in the room with the tables and the soda machine. the entire wall is missing textures. please fix this asap

@Bluefunction its suppost to be based off something that high, The hammer editor does not allow any higher then about 1000 Meters cubed
