Short version - it works the same as it has been, but with way less crazy code going on under the surface.
I anticipate this would only become an issue if the other mod also tries to modify leaders as they spawn. Also this mod won't necessarily respect gender restrictions by the other mod.
I believe some trigger changes that might in be in Stellaris 3.8 "Gemini" will help me further improve Gender Nonbinary Leaders - so I am not planning on script re-working until them.
Is this compatible with SE - Restyled? https://sp.zhabite.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=2652314464
Of those, I specifically use SE - Asset Repackage, SE - Restyled, SE - Restyled - Everything, SE - Restyled - Extra Bodies, SE - Restyled - No Replace.
If not, can you please make a patch?
I'd be delighted if PDS decided to add functionality like this to the game directly, but for now we have this mod.
I didn't expect to find something so relevant to me, thanks for this!
Also its strange this isn't in the base game yet since Surviving Mars has Non-Binary colonists.
Oh, the irony!
I believe you're on the Modding Den Discord - you can ping me there. I actually have written similar reassignment code for another mod that I could reuse here to build some events to make altering a particular leader easier.

Built for Stellaris version 3.1.* "Lem." Not compatible with achievements.

@Lil' Witch I haven't forgotten your request - I'm planning to come back to it after I finish updating all of my existing mods for 3.1.
Those complaining about it apparently are crying a bit too hard about the existence of nonbinary folks. Weird of them to be so triggered by our existence. Let them cry.
You're doing great work @corsairmarks!
Normalizing representation is not a political statement. Gaming is for everyone, and this is my small way to make it more inclusive.
