You're copying valve's name, and in the discription it is obvious you knew what you're doing.

Take my advice and change the name to something else, spark something creative.
The colour of the skin really isn't that great either which makes me not like it so much.

You can't equip it in game yet, but if you rate it up then eventually Valve might add it. It will then be an official skin which you will be able to use.
