i check and it's look like there is a problem, i'm gonna look into the files to see what's going on with the k9 ram but for the patrol i don't know what can be missing there is a crate but i think it's on the csgo/css files

One issue: The Ram 1500 K9 and regular patrol unit skin does not work for me

to change the skin (I have not got the mod yet) hold c put the mouse over the object right click and go to skin and change from one of the skins if that's what you mean
