oh ok i understood that it doesnt block water or ships but it does rotate

No, it doesn't move, as I say above. Would an animated version be appealing to anyone? Seems kinda weird to have it just dumbly opening and closing all the time...

well i tried to use it but it doesnt rotate, i set it up as in the images and nothing happens, it should rotate right? any solution?
