I finally figured out what was causing this addon to show up for some of you: I accidentally left the lua file in the Pit playermodel. That should be fixed now (but now it's probably going to somehow trip up and make you load into Counter-Strike maps perpetually or something because it's just cursed)

Verify the integrity of your game files and type "menu_cleanupgmas" without quotation marks in the console.

That's particularly odd, considering that I the lua files for both characters do not make reference to this addon at all (especially considering Nessa came earlier than this addon).
I honestly don't know what it could be that's forcing Akihiko to be mentioned for you.

The only addons of yours that I've subscribed to is Nessa and Pit.

For some reason, Akihiko appears on my list of playermodels but he comes up as a error. What's strange about this is that I never subscribed to this addon.
