I found out what the problem is. So it was a selection in Parking Lot Snapping Mod options. There is an option for override overlapping parking space assets. Just need to unmark and it works. Maybe that helps others too. 😉

The last comments are from 2022 but maybe someone can help me out... I use the raisable parking lot to build a custom parking garage but when I raise the parking spaces with moveIt, the one underneath disappears after placing it. Is anyone familiar with this problem? Thanks in advance!

never mind i could solve it myself, it was a problem with "Hide it" mod
if you enable the option "hide parking spaces" it disable the Raisable parkings functionality.

sorry for my ignorance, i have a problem i guess, the parkings don't work, it looks like the button "on/off" for the usage of the "building" is stuck in off.
Any idea of what i did wrong? or if i need something else to proper funtion.

@Insanity Check: Procedural objects. It will delete the invisible parking marker.


@NOiZE invisible in what sense? You pull them down just under the surface to hide the model.

Can we have a few spots that are just prop, so we can place down car props in places? I know theres some out there but just with your spperence so it all fits together. Maybe also some that have cars parked 'wrong' to simulate them bad parking people we all wanna rage at. :P

@evilomega it takes lot of time of the all asset creators to create the descriptions & image/screenshot gallery above. Please go through that before come to comment section. If its language translation issue then open this page in your Web browser & translate. Please look around above and you will find the asset tag which I hope give you the idea that these are props or not.

@evilomega these are dummy asset so no road connection required if you mean that. Parking assets come with the parking lot roads pack also dont need any road connections, you can place them anywhere but they will sink under the ground but not these assets.

@Skignovilous yes those are ploppable asphalt converted to PO, color & size modified.

Hi, thanks for this parking lot assets. In your screenshots, did you use ploppable asphalt to achieve the "asphalt look" underneath the parking OR is there a clean asphalt road asset included?
