Its the gun spawns. The visleafs and func_details are a mess on this map so wherever you are all the spawned guns and ammos are rendered at once. Loading this map in sandbox or HL2 gives me 60 and 90 respectively. Don't worry, I'm working on fixing this eventually.

The map looks really good, but me and all the people I play with have trouble running it. Even with my newly-upgraded rig, I still get less than 30 FPS.
