Yes, similar to the normal ADVENT units, higher tiered versions of each unit will appear as the campaign proceeds.
Yeah, definitely a balance that is appropriate to you to be struck. The 'Multiple Sitreps' mod offers great customization for you to adjust that balance to your desires. It would give you an option so that terminus vs. terminus doesn't happen, for example.
Sitrep? Terminus
Raider? Terminus
AI to AI activation? ....uhhh active
Result - Bunch of CAT6 fighting each other while I'm sitting pretty in a corner.
I think I'm gonna disable the Sitreps and AI to AI and just keep the Raiders. Less.... surreal that way.
