I have the same problem with the below comment, all the roads that have the painted median have the same LOD problem, its really noticeable with the tunnel transition pieces as the sidewalk becomes invisible compared to the rest.

Have problem with LOD draw distance, becomes invisible compared to other mod and vanilla roads (I play in medium textures conf.),
