Does this mod and Real Time affect fps? Would the offline version fair better?

Can confirm the issue with the Plazas and Promenades pedestrian service points, those should be excluded from shutting down

I've realized that when parks shut down at night, pedestrian service points also shut down and most of my businesses are dead by morning. Can there be a fix to not include service points in the park closing? For now I've just been shutting down the mod when night starts and I just turn it back on when it is time for the service points to reopen. They also shut down on weekends.

just got a deal on snowfall and now my city has like 15 degree temperature difference between night and day so suddenly at night thy start heating like crazy now i just wanted the dlc for the trams, would it be it possible to set a temperature span for night and day? i know right requests requests ...

So this fixes the issues with the last one?
