@K these are ment to be light rail trains, its design would not look great as trams, because they need platforms to get inside like trains or metro, while trams are usually lowered for street level access. These trains do not run on streets, but on a dedicated rail network (they are automated in real life, no driver, just a operator giving signal that train is ready to depart, but all driving is automated).
it would look better to use the train/metro rails and just find a very small station for them to stop.
Also, these trains do not have the pantograph (hope i spelled it right), which is used to connect to aerial cables like trains or trams or trolley bus, making it look very odd as a tram version because it would not connect to the cables above.
Just my opinion though.
